Order Processing

All orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

We offer Rs.40 flat rate shipping to inside India.

All times and dates given for delivery of the products are given in good faith but are estimates only.

Local Delivery

We do not provide local delivery or in-store pickup.

Incorrect Address

Please provide an accurate and complete shipping address. Essa Garments Private Limited is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at the time of order placement.

Customer Unavailability

If you are unavailable during delivery attempts, our courier partner may temporarily hold your package or return it to our warehouse. Please ensure someone is available to receive the delivery.

Order Modifications & Cancellations

Once an order has been processed, modifications are not possible. If you need to update your shipping address or cancel your order, please contact us immediately at shopping@essagarments.com.

While we will make every effort to accommodate your request, we cannot guarantee changes once the order has been dispatched.

Delivery Guarantee

In the rare event that a delivery cannot be completed, a full refund will be processed to the original payment method within 10 to 15 days from the date the issue is confirmed.
