Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email (COD orders are confirmed via phone). You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
We offer ₹40 flat rate shipping to inside India.
All times and dates given for delivery of the products are given in good faith but are estimates only.
Local Delivery
We do not provide local delivery or in-store pickup.
International Shipping
We do not offer international shipping.
Delivery Timeline
Processing Time
Orders are processed and dispatched within 1 to 2 business days of order confirmation (excluding weekends and public holidays). COD orders are confirmed via phone.
Delivery Duration
Orders are typically delivered within 5 to 8 days from the date of dispatch.
Order Tracking
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven't received your order within 8 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at shopping@essagarments.com with your name and order number.
Failed Delivery Attempts
Incorrect Address
Please provide an accurate and complete shipping address. Essa Garments Private Limited is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at the time of order placement.
Customer Unavailability
If you are unavailable during delivery attempts, our courier partner may temporarily hold your package or return it to our warehouse. In such circumstances, our company will not be responsible for failed delivery packages. Please ensure someone is available to receive the delivery.
Order Modifications & Cancellations
Once an order has been processed, modifications are not possible. If you need to update your shipping address or cancel your order, please contact us immediately (within 24 hrs) at shopping@essagarments.com.
While we will make every effort to accommodate your request, we cannot guarantee changes once the order has been dispatched. Once the order has been fulfilled (assigned AWB number), we cannot cancel the order.
Please note: We cannot modify or change the size or color of innerwear products. Only phone numbers and shipping addresses can be updated. if you contact us within 24 hrs after placing an order.
Delivery Guarantee
In the rare event that a delivery cannot be completed, a full refund will be processed to the original payment method within 10 to 15 days from the date the issue is confirmed.
