  1. Returns & Exchanges

We offer a 100% Risk Free Return policy on your first innerwear and an easy 15-day return policy on all outerwear. Learn more about our detailed policy here (Returns, Exchanges & Refund Policy)

Please do not return any product before receiving any confirmation from our team. In case any product is returned without confirmation, we do not guarantee we’ll be able to process your request. Once we receive the products, our quality control team will examine them for all defects or variations, based on your claim. Upon confirmation from our quality control team that your return fulfills all the conditions mentioned above, we will initiate your exchange or return request. We will send you an email and SMS/RCS to let you know if your return has been accepted or rejected. The refund amount will be credited back to the original source of payment within 15 business days.

If your pin code is non serviceable for return pickup, we may ask you to ship the product back to us. Courier charges up to Rs.70 will be refunded to you. Customers are required to submit the shipping information/receipt by getting in touch with our customer care team.

Exchanges and returns will be accepted only for products purchased on this website. ESSA products bought from other stores/websites cannot be returned to us.

If we find that a customer is misusing the exchanges and refunds policy, we reserve the right to refuse the request.

  1. Discount and Coupon Codes

Discount vouchers/ coupon codes are intended for one-time use only and shall be treated as used even if you cancel the order.


  1. Order Cancellations

We only accept order cancellations if your package hasn’t been shipped. Learn more about our order cancellation policy here


  1. Shipping & Cash on Delivery
  • We offer Free Shipping on all orders above ₹499. All order below ₹499 will be charged a fee of ₹99.
  • We offer Cash on Delivery for all orders between ₹599 & ₹1999. A nominal fee of ₹99 will be charged on all COD orders.


  1. Wrong Products
  • Received a wrong item/size/colour? We’re sure to double check before shipping your order. But in an unlikely event where you receive a wrong product, please reach out to us on 95970 77901 or drop an email at essagarments@gmail.com
  • If the issue is not noted at the time of arrival before the delivery guy leaves, and you do not call our customer support to report the missing item within 2 days, your replacement request will be forfeited.
  1. Missing or Defective Products

If some items are defective or missing from the shipment, please make a note at the time of delivery and contact our customer care team immediately at 8056511166 or drop an email at essagarments@gmail.com If defective/missing items are not addressed at the time of arrival, before the delivery personnel leaves, or you do not call our customer support to report this case within 2 days, your request for a replacement for defective/missing items will be forfeited.

  • A picture of the product in the box in its original condition


  1. After Use Damage

Facing some wear and tear issues? You can reach out to us within 30 days of the delivery. We’d be able to offer a replacement as long as the product is in stock or alternatively give you a coupon code worth the billing amount. Call us on 95970 77901 or drop us an email essagarments@gmail.com
