1. Returns & Exchanges

We offer an easy 15-day return policy on all outerwear. Learn more about our detailed policy here (Returns, Exchanges & Refund Policy).

Please do not return any product before receiving any confirmation from our team. In case any product is returned without confirmation, we do not guarantee we’ll be able to process your request. Once we receive the products, our quality control team will examine them for all defects or variations, based on your claim. Upon confirmation from our quality control team that your return fulfills all the conditions mentioned above, we will initiate your exchange or return request. We will send you an email to let you know if your return has been accepted or rejected. The refund amount will be credited back to the original source of payment within 15 business days.

If your pin code is non serviceable for return pickup, we may ask you to ship the product back to us. Courier charges up to Rs.70 will be refunded to you. Customers are required to submit the shipping information/receipt by getting in touch with our customer care team.

Exchanges and returns will be accepted only for products purchased on this website. ESSA products bought from other stores/websites cannot be returned to us.

Products labeled as “Non-Returnable” & “No Exchange” apply to heavily discounted sale items. These products are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund under any circumstances.

If we find that a customer is misusing the exchanges and refunds policy, we reserve the right to refuse the request.

2. Discount and Coupon Codes

Discount vouchers/ coupon codes are intended for one-time use only and shall be treated as used even if you cancel the order.

3. Order Cancellations and Refund Timeline :

We only accept order cancellations if your package hasn’t been shipped. Learn more about our order cancellation policy here.

If you place a prepaid order and cancel it from your side, the refund will take approximately 5–8 business days to reflect in your bank account. Additionally, if your pincode is in a non-serviceable area, we may cancel your prepaid order, and the refund will also take 5–8 business days to reflect in your account.

Additionally, Essa Garments Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to cancel any order under the following circumstances:

  • When attempts to verify the order via phone or email receive no response or result in multiple failed contact attempts.

  • When the ordered product is out of stock or unavailable at the time of fulfillment.

  • When the shipment is returned to origin (RTO) due to delivery issues or incomplete address information.

  • When there is a reasonable suspicion of a fraudulent or fake order, based on order details, payment irregularities, or past order behavior.

In such instances, the order may be cancelled with or without prior notification to the customer, and any prepaid amount will be refunded within 5–8 business days from the date of cancellation.

4. Shipping & Cash on Delivery

We offer free shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹499. For prepaid orders below ₹500, a shipping charge of ₹40 will apply. Cash on Delivery (COD) is available for all orders, with a ₹30 COD fee applicable on orders above ₹499. For COD orders below ₹500, a ₹40 shipping charge and a ₹30 COD fee will be added, totaling ₹70 in additional charges.

Wrong Products

Received a wrong item/size/colour? We’re sure to double check before shipping your order. But in an unlikely event where you receive a wrong product, please reach out to us on +91 89258 80586 or drop an email at shopping@essagarments.com

If the issue is not noted at the time of arrival before the delivery guy leaves, and you do not call our customer support to report the missing item within 2 days, your replacement request will be forfeited.

5. Missing or Defective Products

If any items are found defective or missing from the shipment, you must take a video recording while opening the package. This video is mandatory for us to investigate and validate your claim.

If the defective or missing items are not reported at the time of delivery—before the delivery personnel leaves—or if you fail to call our customer support within 2 days, your request for a replacement will be forfeited.

Please share the following details in the email:

Your order number.

Product name/style code

Size/colour of the product purchased

A picture of the product in the box in its original condition

The video recording of the package being opened, clearly showing the product in its original condition inside the box

6. After Use Damage

Product Usage and Liability

i. Wash Care & Maintenance All products sold by Essa Garments Pvt Ltd come with specific wash care instructions. It is the customer's responsibility to follow these instructions strictly. Essa Garments Pvt Ltd is not liable for any damage, shrinkage, color bleeding, or physical deformation (holes, tears) arising from:

Failure to follow the recommended wash care instructions (e.g., machine washing a hand-wash-only item, using bleach, ironing on prints).

Normal wear and tear resulting from regular usage over time.

Improper storage or usage of the product.

ii. Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law (including the Consumer Protection Act, 2019), Essa Garments Pvt Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products. Our liability is strictly limited to the replacement of a defective product only if the defect is reported within [e.g., 7 days] of delivery and the product is unused and unwashed.

iii. Hygiene Clause (Innerwear Specific) Due to hygiene standards, we strictly do not accept returns, refunds, or replacements for innerwear (panties, briefs, trunks, boxers, etc.) once the package has been opened or the product has been worn/washed, unless a manufacturing defect is proven immediately upon delivery.

7. Data Retention

When you place an order through the Site, we will maintain your Order Information for our records unless and until you ask us to delete this information.

8. Contact Information Accuracy Policy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate contact details during checkout, as changes cannot be made after the order is shipped.

9. By using our website and placing an order, you agree to the following:

  • If a product delivery is delayed or returned due to incorrect details provided by you (such as wrong name, address, or any misleading information), any additional re-delivery charges will be your responsibility.

  • We are not liable for delays or failed deliveries caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

  • If any information you provide is found to be false, inaccurate, or misleading (fully or partially), the Company reserves the right to cancel your orders, reject your registration, and restrict you from using our services or any affiliated services in the future—without prior notice and without any liability.

  • You agree to provide true, complete, and accurate information whenever requested. The Company may verify this information at any time.

  • You access and use our services at your own risk and are expected to make wise and informed decisions before making any purchase on Essa Garments Pvt Ltd.

  • In rare cases, if a product becomes unavailable or cannot be delivered due to reasons beyond our control, we may offer a replacement or substitute product. You may choose to decline the replacement. For such cancellations, any payment made by you for the cancelled product/order will be refunded within 72 hours. After the refund is processed, the amount will appear in your bank account based on your bank’s processing time, which usually takes 5–8 business days.

10. Changes

We may update this privacy policy from time to time in order to reflect, for example, changes to our practices or for other operational, legal or regulatory reasons.

11. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

Any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with the use of this website, its services, or products shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. You agree that the courts located in Tirupur, Tamil Nadu, shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any such disputes or claims.

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall also be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
