Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. Some COD orders are confirmed via WhatsApp or phone call. You will receive another notification once your order has shipped.

Failed Delivery Attempts

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Customer Unavailability

If you are unavailable during delivery attempts, the courier may return the package to us. Please ensure someone is available to receive the order.

Order Modifications & Cancellations

Once an order has been processed, modifications are not possible. If you need to update your shipping address or cancel your order, contact us within 24 hours at shopping@essagarments.com.

Once an AWB number is assigned, cancellation is not possible.

We cannot modify size or color of innerwear products after order placement. Only phone number and shipping address can be updated within 24 hours.

Delivery Guarantee

If a delivery cannot be completed, a full refund will be processed to the original payment method within 10 to 15 days after confirmation of the issue.
