Keep the tape slightly loose. Measure around the centre of the neck (over the larynx).
Place the tape across the back of your shoulders and measure across from one shoulder point to the other.
Keep the tape parallel and measure around the fullest part of your chest.
Place the tape on your waist (horizontally) and measure your mid waistline, which is 1 inch below your belly button.
Bend your arm slightly and take measurements from the shoulder tip down to the wrist.
Placing the tape on the mid waist, measure lengthwise from the outer part of your leg to the hemline.
Placing the tape parallel to the floor, measure around the fullest part of your hips.
