We offer Rs.40 flat rate shipping to inside India. 

All times and dates given for delivery of the products are given in good faith but are estimates only.

Local delivery

We do not provide local delivery or in-store pickup.

International Shipping

We do not offer international shipping.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 8 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at shopping@essagarments.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Incorrect Address

To ensure a smooth delivery process, please provide an accurate and complete shipping address. Essa Garments Private Limited is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at the time of order placement.

If you are unavailable during delivery attempts, our courier partner may temporarily hold your package or return it to our warehouse. To avoid delays, please ensure that someone is available to receive the delivery.

While we will make every effort to accommodate your request, we cannot guarantee changes once the order has been dispatched.
